Mr Raymond Davies, was appointed to the Board in February 2000 and served as Chairman between November 2000 and April 2002.

He was a part time executive director becoming a non-executive Director with effect from 1 May 2003.

He has served on the boards of listed companies in South Africa and the UK. He is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.
