Mr Michael Rapp, was appointed to the Board on 2 October 2002. His career has been focused on real estate.

He was responsible for the real estate development of the Liberty Life Group in South Africa until 1985. Michael remains a non-executive director of Liberty International plc. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee.
