Since its restructuring in July 2006 Westcity has established two real estate divisions: Investment and Development.

The Investment Division undertakes real estate investment, management and advisory services. In August 2006 Westcity and the Stonehage Group closed the Stonehage Westcity Property Fund with €85 million of total equity raised, of which Westcity invested approximately €29 million. In addition to its 50% ownership of Stonehage Westcity Management Company Limited, the manager of the fund, Westcity is also the exclusive property adviser to the fund and derives fee income from these activities.

Westcity’s Development Division comprises an experienced residential and mixed-use property development team who are situated within 100% owned subsidiary Westcity Developers Limited. The core competencies of the team cover all aspects of the property development process This group has successfully delivered development projects over the past six years with a gross development value of over £600 million.

The fund’s activities and portfoilios comprise both investment properties and development projects.
