The Investment Division undertakes real estate investment, management and advisory services.

Westcity’s real estate investments currently consist of its €29 million equity investment in the Stonehage Westcity Property Fund. In addition to its investment in the Fund’s equity, Westcity is the exclusive property advisor to the fund for which the Company receives a fee on all properties acquired by the fund that are sourced by Westcity. Through its 50% ownership of Stonehage Westcity Management Company Limited, Westcity’s fund management operations are now well established, generating management fee revenues for the group.                                

Since August 2006 the Stonehage Westcity Property Fund has assembled a diverse yet balanced portfolio of investment properties and mixed-use development projects.

The fund’s investment portfolio consists mainly of commercial and residential investment properties situated in Germany.
