RNS Number : 6708U Westcity PLC 29 June 2009 WESTCITY PLC Temporary suspension of trading in securities Westcity PLC ("Westcity") (AIM:WTC), property advisor to the Stonehage Westcity Property Fund (the "Fund"), today announces that its AIM securities will today be suspended pursuant to the AIM Rules for Companies as Westcity will be unable to post to shareholders its year end results for the twelve months ended 31 December 2008 by 30 June 2009. This is due to a delay in the completion of audited results of a German subsidiary of the Fund. Westcity's auditors are unable to sign off the year end accounts until these subsidiary results are complete.
