RNS Number : 2453V Westcity PLC 07 July 2009 WESTCITY PLC Delay in Posting of Year End Results Further to the announcement on 29th June 2009, Westcity PLC ("Westcity") (AIM:WTC), announces that it is unlikely that it will be able to post to shareholders its year end results for the twelve months ended 31 December 2008 before mid August 2009. Trading of Westcity's shares on AIM will remain suspended until publication of these year end results. As stated previously, this is due to a delay in the completion of audited results of a German subsidiary of the Fund and its investment in the Rutley Russia Property Fund.
