Eldad Levy holds a BA in Economics and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the Tel Aviv University.

Between 1991-1995, Eldad became a real estate developer in London and then commenced working as a manager for Marina Pacifica LLC, Long Beach, California.  In 1998, Eldad became chairman and chief executive officer of Gibor-Sabrina, Isreal.

Since 2000, Eldad has been involved with all major and strategic decisions involving Westcity Properties Limited's high end residential projects as well as operating as joint chief executive officer for Janislane Corp. NV, which owns industrial real estate in Isreal.
